Meticulously stacked shelves of international goods - quince jam! 500g tubs of foie gras! Lapsang souchong tea! - all emerging from the slick blackness under sublime lighting. And what lighting it was! It was beautiful, as though a carefully staged art installation.

Despite (and probably because of) how washed-out, under-exposed I like it enormously. But where Rosa is involved, it’s hard not to like.
